Shelter for Battered Women (all groups). The Shelter provides support services and safety for women and children who are in or who have been in an abusive relationship with an intimate partner. They also sponsor professionally facilitated free support groups. For adult women these include groups addressing making decisions about abusive relationships, parenting, trauma recovery, and substance abuse. They also work with children regarding trauma and offer free childcare.
