Charlotte Tinnitus Support Group. HLA - Hearing Loss Association - Charlotte. Come join this informal group for mostly-monthly meetings and social events with others who are facing the challenge of hearing loss.  They meet at the 5501 Executive Center Drive in Charlotte.
