The specialists at the National Cancer Institute will help you figure out how to start the process of stopping smoking whether or not you have cancer.  They are there to provide individualized suggestions and relevant medical/scientific information. Their publications cover topics such as smokeless tobacco (chewing tobacco and snuff), effects of second-hand smoke, and a special booklet for Black Americans.
