Love, INC provides a wide variety of services in this topic area.  Here a some of them.

1)  Home visits to allow caregivers the chance to do routine errands or other tasks. 
2)  Assistance with check writing, completion of legal papers, and other tasks easily completed by a volunteer.
3)  "Care Teams" to assist people in remaining independent (given availability of volunteer resources)
4)  Finally, they provide a telephone reassurance program.
